"Surprisingly Easy, Imagine That"
For what I paid, MDLive was worth it. I got connected with a doctor quickly, didn’t have to sit in some waiting room for an hour pretending that’s normal, and the visit ended up costing less than I expected. They sent my prescription right away too, which was nice because apparently healthcare can be simple when it wants to be. Saved me time and money, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Pretty decent, but the insurance part took a bit"
Once my plan got accepted, it worked well overall. The insurance check was a little confusing though, and I wasn’t totally sure what to do at first. Support did help me out, but the whole thing still took longer than I expected. Not a bad experience, just not super smooth.

"Support Got Me In"
I had some trouble getting into my account at first, which was a little frustrating. I ended up reaching out to support and had to wait a bit, but once I got connected, the guy helping me was really nice and got things sorted out quickly.

"Prescription got sent over without much hassle"
I used mdlive for a quick visit because I needed a refill and couldn’t get in with my regular doctor. The doctor was nice and got the prescription sent to my pharmacy quickly—well, the visit itself was quick, I should say.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the pharmacy took a little while to show it in their system, so I ended up calling to check on it. Not a huge problem, just kind of annoying in the moment. Overall, it worked fine and I’d use it again if I needed to...

"Helpful overall"
The doctor checked back in, and the notes showed up fast, which was nice. I did have to wait a bit for a reply, but overall, it helped and I’m glad I used it.

"Smooth visit, which was a relief"
I used mdlive for a quick doctor visit, it went better than I expected. I’m usually a little cautious with virtual appointments because I worry about tech glitches, miscommunication, or missing something important health-wise, but the video call was really smooth. No freezing, no awkward lag, and I could hear the doctor clearly the whole time. I got connected fast too, which helped ease my nerves. Overall, it felt reliable and straightforward, and I was happy with the experience.

"I tried MDLive thinking it would…"
I tried MDLive thinking it would be a quick but still decent visit, but the provider felt cold. I felt like I was annoying them just for asking regular questions. They cut me off a couple times and didn’t explain much at all. The whole call was rushed and kinda awkward, like they already decided what was going on before I even finished talking. Maybe other people have better experiences, but for me the bedside manner was not good. I wouldn’t use it again

"Support took way too long"
I tried reaching out for help, but it took forever to hear back. I kept waiting for replies, and when I finally got one, it didn’t really clear anything up. It just felt like they weren’t really paying attention to it, which was frustrating when I needed help quickly

"Refund got sorted quickly"
I had some kind of billing issue and ended up asking MDLive for a refund. i wasn’t totally sure how long it would take, but they handled it fast and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth. The money showed back up, so as far as I can tell, everything’s good now.

"Felt a Bit Rushed"

"MDLive was fine for a quick…"
mdlive was fine for a quick visit, and the doctor was okay overall. My main issue was the pricing. It wasn’t exactly hidden, but I wish it had been more straightforward before I booked. I just don’t like feeling like I’m guessing what I’ll end up paying. Anyway... it worked for what I needed, but clearer costs upfront would make the experience a lot better.

"Decent service, confusing billing"
MDLive was okay overall. The visit itself went fine, no real issues there. But the billing part? A little confusing. The final charge ended up being right, but it took me a while to figure out what was covered and what wasn’t. Not awful. Just not as clear as it should be

"Shorter wait than I thought"
I was expecting to wait a lot longer, but the doctor came on after about 12 minutes. The visit was smooth overall, i’d say it was a decent experience.

"App is such a headache"
I tried using the app to book a visit, but it kept freezing on me. Some of the buttons wouldn’t load properly, and logging in took way longer than it should have (which was already annoying). I restarted it twice and still couldn’t get anywhere, so I eventually just gave up. Super frustrating to deal with on my phone.

"Audio issues made the visit frustrating"
The doctor seemed fine overall, but the audio kept cutting in and out, so it was really hard to explain what was going on. I also felt a little talked down to at times, which made the whole appointment feel more frustrating than helpful.

"Convenient, but not as fast as I hoped"
As someone who really tries to avoid sitting around in waiting rooms, I figured MDLive would be the easier option for urgent care. Booking the appointment was simple, and I liked being able to do it from home. But the wait ended up being longer than I expected, and once I finally talked to the doctor, the visit felt a little rushed. It did help somewhat, but for the cost and the time it took, I’m not sure I’d choose it again.

"I was kind of bracing myself…"
I was kind of bracing myself for a long, frustrating visit, but the doctor knew exactly what was going on right away. I got the meds, and by the next morning I was already feeling better. So yeah, I went from doubtful to seriously impressed fast.
